Danny Adcock started fishing for eels with his dad in the Essex backwaters, and with his grandad in the Thames at Shoeburyness for anything that swam past. This regularly included plaice which later his nan would serve with mash, peas and a dollop of butter that slid down the fishes back oh-so-juicily. He moved to Norfolk in 1998, and now will fish for anything anywhere, increasingly over the last few years with a fly rod in hand. He’s an avid reader, writer, photographer, countryside lover, beekeeper, dog walker, and works as a staff nurse when forced to.
